Arrived and settled in at Pine Lake RV Campground, Bishop, GA ... a good nights rest ... tissues for the allergies ... ready for our explorations and prep with Christy ... our hostess, our teacher, our tour guide, our shaman, and our friend.
Early plans to meet for breakfast at Mama Boy's with Frank, Penny, Christy, and me. Yum!
Then toured some of the back roads and mill neighborhoods. And, got a glimpse of the Tree without a Home; and great southern mountain vistas.
Penny's here too .. my friend from Jacksonville, who wanted to participate in the training too. She stayed with Christy and Frank and I came up in the RV.

Spending the morning seeing Athens from a local perspective was wonderful. Personal tour of the artist's studios, at Chappelle Gallery; and,Alice Woodruff, the potter's world of clay and kilns. A few terrific finds ... And, even a chicken coop with little darlings. Thrilled, was an understatement.
I was very happy with my Teapot and Cups ... high tea anyone?
Day 2 -- Family first
Really happy to be able to see my two oldest boys and the grandkids that were available for this last minute visit. Dinner was perfect at Houndstooth Grill in Braselton, GA ... and love seeing the beauty and brains of these two darlings (my boys and the grand children :)!!!) .... Really nice evening.
